Coaching Terms & Conditions

1. SERVICES

All coaching services provided are designed to offer guidance, structure, and strategic support in business, personal development, and leadership. Results are dependent on the client’s level of commitment, consistency, and implementation.

2. PAYMENT

All coaching services are paid.
  • Payment must be made in full before sessions begin
  • Payment confirms your booking
  • No sessions will be held without payment

3. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of coaching services:
  • All payments are non-refundable
  • Once a session or program is booked, it cannot be canceled for a refund

4. RESCHEDULING

  • Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Coaching is a collaborative process.
Clients are responsible for:
  • Showing up on time
  • Completing agreed actions
  • Being honest and open during sessions

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information and discussions are treated as strictly confidential.

Your privacy is respected at all times.

7. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

  • Communication is limited to scheduled sessions or agreed channels
  • Continuous informal advice outside sessions is not included

8. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

While guidance and strategies are provided:
  • Results are not guaranteed
  • Success depends on individual effort and execution

9. ACCEPTANCE

By applying and proceeding with coaching services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

10. RIGHT TO DECLINE

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue working with any client if it is not a good professional fit.
